With a thickness of only 262 micron, the 150 LPI lenticular sheet is the thinnest lens design we propose today. The 150 LPI lenticular sheet has replaced the previous 140 LPI in our range in order to match the resolution of modern CTP equipment.
This lens design is perfectly adapted to the needs of the label and packaging industry, where very thin plastic sheeting is often required (images inserted in DVD boxes…). The near future will see new applications with this lens like magazine covers…
Because of its high pitch, we recommend this product only for highly experienced printers, as it requires a more exact registration.
The Lenstar 150 LPI is also available in rolls for the label industry. Lenticular Flexo printing requires special images and plates, don’t hesitate to contact us, we have the solution for your needs.
DPLenticular Ltd. has witnessed very impressive 3D printing effects with this sheet.
