Our customers are mainly based in Europe, with the strongest markets being Germany, Italy, France and Poland. The continued growth of our business and the introduction of new products means we must add to our dedicated team.

Based in Dalkey Co Dublin, DPLenticular is looking for (m/f):

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Your function:

Working in close collaboration with the Managing Director and the Logistics & Operations Coordinator.

Your responsibilities are:

-          Sales team support

-          Customer service

-          Price calculations using Excel files

-          Website maintenance  (WordPress)

-          Backup for the Logistics & Operations Coordinator:

  • Create invoices in Quick Books accounting software
  • Create PO’s
  • Update Excel Sheets

-          Optimise processes

 

You will have:

-          A university degree or similar by experience at least 5 years experience in a similar function

-          Perfect knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German. The knowledge of another European language is an asset

-          Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Word, Excel  and Power Point

-          Knowledge of HTML is an asset

-          You are very precise and have a good memory

-          You are “Business  Minded” and have vision

-          Excellent organizational skills and priorities management-

-          You distinguish yourself by being:
