Our 3D 20 LPI PETG-LF lenticular sheet has been used by many printers all over the World. The lens has a thickness of 3 mm and is designed for the production of 3D lenticular images on digital printers (flatbed printing direct to the lens or lamination). Smaller sheet sizes can be printed on our 3D 28 LPI PETG-MF. For animation images see our Motion 20 LPI PETG-LF.
Since we introduced the 40 LPI VLF, we received more and more inquiries for a thicker lenticular lens (20 LPI) from large format printers, also we saw many offset printers adding digital printers to their offset presses. We initiated the development of this new 3D 20 LPI PETG-LF lenticular sheet lens, as a result of these inquiries.
DPL’s 3D 20 LPI PETG-LF is a 3 mm thick lenticular lens of 122 cm x 182 cm (see below for other sizes) with a viewing angle of 37 degrees, making it very well suited for 3D lenticular applications printed on digital devices. The viewing angle is similar to our 3D 28 LPI PETG-MF.
The material has been extruded with recyclable PETG resin to preserve colors and use in bus shelters and also also airports, subway, railway stations, shopping centers…
The 3D 20 LPI PETG-LF sheets are palletized with 100 sheets per pallet. Available from our warehouse in Belgium from minimum 10 sheets and/or smaller sheet sizes – see our small quantities and Order here.
