The goods should be ordered 2 days before (above) departures.
* Linehauls leave during the day so shipments must be collected 1 day in advance
** Countries where customs documents or a UIT Code is needed must be collected in advance

About transport :
As you can easily imagine, transport is sometimes a problem… Most of our transports of lenticular pallets are carried out in groupage, that is to say that there are several loads/unloads and often partner carriers in different countries.
We changed carriers more than a year ago.
The positive points are:
- this carrier also works for other companies that use the same warehouse and therefore comes almost every day. So it happens that an order is shipped faster (the same day).
- we practically never have a difference between the transport price we have planned and the amount charged.
- the cost of transport is cheaper, especially for one or a few pallets.
Unfortunately, one or another problem might happen, as with all carriers:
- delays caused by traffic density or other causes
- from time to time a pallet might have been stacked even if we indicate that it is not allowed
We organize the transport at our customer’s request.
If the goods have been damaged during transport, it is better to refuse them at delivery or, at least, to report the damage on the transport document before signing it for receipt.
