The sixth IST UV DAYS took place from 17-20 June. This year, the international event on the topic of UV technology focused on multi-functionality and sense perception. Together with renowned partners from the printing industry, including DP Lenticular, IST was presenting a program for you to see, hear, touch and taste!
Recent and future opportunities of UV technology were shown on different printing presses. A future-oriented and multifunctional folded box manufactured in UV sheet-fed offset appeals to all the senses at the point of sale. Advertising features include the use of new and interactive media. Further highlights are 3D varnishing in UV inkjet, digital label printing and LED UV technology on a flexographic printing press.
The program was concluded by further information and demonstrations on the topic “Future of Print”, e.g. interaction and printed electronics.
It was, once again, a successful event !
